Pokémon Sleep Calculator (How It Works)

  1. Enter your total sleep time and optional nap.
  2. Set quality %, helper count, and bonus toggles.
  3. Click Calculate Results to see score, power, EXP, and candy.
  4. Open Advanced to fine-tune multipliers during events.

Formula (editable): Sleep Score = min(100, (TotalHours ÷ HoursFor100) × 100) × (Quality% ÷ 100) × bonuses.

Pokémon Sleep EXP Calculator

Team EXP = Sleep Score × EXP per Score Point × bonuses. EXP per helper = Team EXP ÷ number of helpers.

Pokémon Sleep Tier List (Quick Guidance)

While tier lists vary, focus on helpers that match your island’s needs (berries vs. ingredients) and pair with sub-skills that boost output. This calculator rates your session A–F based on score to give an at-a-glance quality grade (a simple Pokémon Sleep rater/grader).

Pokémon Sleep Rater / Grader

Grades: A (≥90), B (80–89), C (70–79), D (60–69), F (<60). Use the grade to plan earlier bedtimes or improved quality for higher returns.

Pokémon XP Calculator

The EXP portion of this tool doubles as a general Pokémon XP calculator for Sleep sessions by letting you set EXP-per-point and helper count.

Pokémon Sleep Candy Calculator

Candy Estimate = Biscuits × Candy-per-biscuit. Adjust advanced setting if event biscuits are stronger.

Pokémon Sleep Recipe Calculator (Note)

Recipes affect Snorlax’s strength and weekly gains. For a dedicated Pokémon Sleep recipe calculator, you can build a separate tool for ingredients and pot bonuses; this page focuses on sleep → score → rewards.

Pokémon Sleep IV Calculator (Clarification)

Pokémon Sleep doesn’t use classic IVs; players track natures, sub-skills, and level. If you’d like, we can add a future “build rater” to score those factors.

Pokémon Sleep Calculator – FAQs

What’s the target sleep time for a 100 score?

Answer: By default this tool uses 8.5 hours for a 100 score. You can change it in Advanced to match current findings.

Do bonuses stack?

Answer: Yes—this tool multiplies Incense, Camp Ticket, and Event boosts. Toggle them on/off to see effects.

How accurate are EXP and candy estimates?

Answer: They’re guided by simple ratios. Use the Advanced fields to align with current in-game values if they change.

Why am I getting an F/C grade even with long sleep?

Answer: Quality %, bonus toggles, and the 100-score hours setting affect the outcome. Raise quality or adjust hours-for-100 to match your app results.

Can I log weekly totals?

Answer: This page focuses on a single session. You can duplicate the section to add a weekly aggregator if you like.
